Leave & HolidaysThe office observes all public and statutory holidays declared by Hong Kong SAR. Besides Annual Leave which according to company regulation, HK Winbond also grants other special leave: marriage leave, paternity leave and compassionate leave, etc.
Training and Development ProgramWinbond understands the important of staff training. We spent tremendous efforts to encourage our staff to take job-related course. Every year, a certain amount of budget would be planned to subsidize our staff to take job-related course. We hope that the capability and skills could be enhanced through continuously training. In addition, depending on the need of company operation, Winbond would conduct internal training for all professional fields on a regular basis. It is hoped that these trainings could upgrade the job capability of our management teams and all employees to cope with the future development in the company.
