(Taipei News) March 15, 2004 - Winbond Electronics Corporation today announced that the board meeting had agreed the personnel and appointed Mr. James Wen as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. James Wen will be responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting capacities of the company.
Mr. James Wen received a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tunghai University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He joins Winbond from Cathay Investment Trust Corp., where he was the General Manager. Prior to that, he served in several high-level positions at securities companies and international banks. Mr. James Wen comes to Winbond with an extensive experience in the investment banking relatives.
