The W25M-GV series SpiStack® is an innovative solution designed for code storage applications, integrating multiple dies into a single IC package. Each die operates independently and can be individually addressed using the C2h command. Using homogeneous NAND+NAND stacking, concurrent operations are supported, enabling Read for Execute-in-Place (XiP) even during erase processes. During initial programming or code updates, all dies can be erased and programmed simultaneously, significantly improving manufacturing throughput.
