The W35N Octal NAND is the industry's first 8 I/O product. By leveraging this innovative interface, it achieves a remarkable read data throughput of up to 240MB/s, making it the highest speed serial interface NAND Flash in the market, a capability which is critical for fast code shadowing while enabling fast Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware updates with minimum down time. It supports STR 166MHz and DTR 120MHz operating modes. To ensure robust system stability, it includes built-in ECC for enhanced data reliability and a Bad Block Management Lookup Table (BBM LUT) to simplify and accelerate block management.
