The W29N ONFI NAND Flash is designed to serve as a high-density code storage solution, with densities ranging from 1Gb to 8Gb. It is fully compliant with the ONFI 1.0 standard, ensuring it meets established industry specifications. This adherence enables it to offer a compatible and direct drop-in replacement for products from other suppliers, allowing customers to easily upgrade their current code storage systems or explore new options without extensive redesigns.
To meet different system requirements, the W29N ONFI NAND supports both 3V and 1.8V series and offers two ECC configurations, supporting either 1-bit/4-bit or 4-bit/8-bit correction. Designed for strict embedded applications, the series is available in Industrial and automotive grade, supporting up to 105°C.
