High Data Throughput with Continuous Read and Robust Performance
The W25N QSPI NAND are designed to offer embedded system designers a winning combination of high performance, and reliability. Featuring a Quad SPI interface, the W25N QSPI NAND achieve data transfer rates of up to 83MB/s via Continuous Read mode. This is significantly faster than competing serial NAND options and enables efficient code shadowing from NAND to DRAM.

High speed and robust reliability

Access the entire memory array with a single Read instruction. Both modes eliminate latency between page reads, ensuring data output remains synchronized across page and block boundaries.

- Advanced Continuous Read for enhanced flexibility
It enhances flexibility with a "Pause and Resume" function to handle interrupts without resetting commands. It also supports a "Flexible Start Address," allowing the SoC to specify the exact starting point rather than being restricted to Byte 0, maximizing data retrieval efficiency. - Read level setting (Read Retry) for advanced reliability
Dynamically adjusts read voltage levels to compensate for threshold voltage variations, significantly improving data readability and extending the product's operational lifespan. - Bad Block Management Lookup Table (BBM LUT) for efficient bad block management
Hardware-based Bad Block Management (BBM) utilizes a Lookup Table (LUT) to efficiently swap and manage bad blocks, ensuring seamless and continuous data access.
