Winbond is introducing new SDRAM products for broad range applications, including: 64Mb (W9864 series), 128Mb (W9812 series), and 256Mb (W9825 series). These products will be on exhibition at the 2007 Taipei Semiconductor Industry Exhibition, and have passed SGS inspection, JGPSSI standards. The SDRAM products are applicable to various consumer electronic products and will be sure to catch the eye of multinational corporation clients at the exhibition.
The introduced W9864 series, W9812 series, W9825 series benefit from the following advantages:
- W9864 series, W9812 series, W9825 series products operate under 3.3V, at operating temperature between 0℃~70℃. The W9864 series features x16/x32 I/O; Refresh time 4K/64ms; speed class 166/143MHz (CL=3). W9812 series features x16/x32 I/O; Refresh time 4K/64ms; speed class 166/143/133MHz (CL=3). W9825 series features x16/x32 I/O; Refresh time 8K/64ms; speed class 166/133MHz (CL=3). Applicable to various consumer electronic products, e.g. DVD-Recorder, DTV, STB, DSC, Network Applications, and Printer etc.
- Utilizing high yield TSOP (Thin Small Outline Package) and BGA (Ball Grid Array Package) packaging.
- Passes SGS inspection and JGPSSI standards.
