Winbond Electronics Corporation, a leading supplier of semiconductor solutions, today announced revenue results for the month of September 2005. Revenue for the month was NT2.699 billion, an increase of 3.94 percent, when compared to NT 2.596 billion in the previous month.
Due to the influx of short term purchase commitments, the revenue of September is better than expected. In terms of Logic Products, as the revenue of Motherboard Related I/O ICs and TFT-LCD Driver ICs continues to grow, and the shipment of Notebook I/O, Server I/O and Notebook Keyboard Controller boosts, the revenue of Logic Products rises significantly.
As a whole, the demand and supply continue to be stable in the semiconductor industry.
