What Is LPDDR4?
LPDDR4 is a low-power dynamic RAM that boasts significant improvements over LPDDR3 chips. Just like with earlier iterations in the low power category, an LPDDR4 transmits data on both rising and falling edges of its clock signal. It however achieves greater bandwidth without a variation in clock frequency while utilizing less power than older generations of LPDDR units.

As for data transmission rate, the product series covers 3200MT/s, 3733MT/s, or even reaches 4266MT/s. In addition, KGD (Known Good Die) and 200-ball BGA packages are available.
