(Taipei News) Winbond Electronics Corporation, a leading supplier of semiconductor solutions, today announced the revenue results for the month of February 2006. Revenue for the month was NT$ 2.010 billion, a decrease of 3.68 percent, when compared to NT$2.087 billion in the previous month.
The slow season effect and fewer numbers of working days resulted in the decrease of overall revenue of February. In terms of Memory Products, the revenue of Specialty DRAM was flat, whereas the decreased revenue of Pseudo SRAM attributed to the DRAM revenue dropped. In terms of Logic Products, as the revenue of Notebook related ICs remained stable despite the slow season, the overall revenue of Logic Products was increased compared to that of last month.
In March, as the demand of Logic Products will continue to grow, the overall revenue is anticipated to be stable.
