Hsinchu, Taiwan, October 11, 2020- Winbond Electronics Corporation (TSE: 2344), a worldwide leading supplier of total memory solutions, today announced its unaudited revenue for September 2020.
On a consolidated basis, including members of Winbond Electronics Corp. and Nuvoton Technology Corp., etc., revenue in September 2020 was NT$7.477 billion, up 68.69% MoM and up 61.5% YoY. Nuvoton completed the merger with the Semiconductor Business of Panasonic Corporation on September 01, 2020. As a result, Semiconductor Business of Panasonic Corporation included in Winbond's consolidated financial statement, and lead to the significant revenue increase.
Consolidated revenue for January through September 2020 totaled NT$40.335 billion, an increase of 11.06 percent compared to the same period of 2019.
