華邦電子首款採用全新介面的NAND產品，1Gb W35N01JW，連續讀取速度最高可達每秒240MB，相較華邦先前發表的高效能W25N-JW QspiNAND Flash系列產品，速度高出3倍。相較市面上一般的Quad Serial NAND Flash產品，讀取速度更是快了將近10倍！
W35N-JW OctalNAND Flash採用華邦通過驗證的46nm SLC NAND製程，提供卓越的資料完整性，且資料保存期更可達10年以上。此產品寫入／抹除次數(Program/Erae Cycle)可達10萬次以上，可符合關鍵任務型車用與工業應用所需的高耐用性與高可靠性。
